Assist senior team members in proving guidance on the application and interception of FCA Rules, AIM Rules, Takeover Code and corporate governance/ investor guidelines.
Assist senior team members in liaising with the UK Listing Authority, AIM and Takeover Panel.
Maintaining strong direct relationships with clients.

Corporate Broking responsibilities
Assist senior team members in advising on the development and promoting the investment proposition for clients in addition to strategic advice on capital structure and corporate activity.
Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business.
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly. Failure to do so may subject you to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Writing pitch brooks and other client presentations.
Producing market and valuation updates.
Preparing operating materials to include executive summaries, market and sector updates, transaction structure overviews, offer size considerations, timetable options and credentials.
Write and distribute educational materials both internally and externally distribution.
Maintain European IPO, Rights issues, Convertibles and other databases.
Compile regular European origination and execution activity reports for the senior management.
Provide support to the origination and execution efforts of other parts of the division / bank, as appropriate.
Assist in the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing solutions to meet requirements of clients
What do you need to succeed?
Graduation or Higher degree preferably in Finance
Solid grounding in ECM, Equity Derivatives and Corporate Banking
