Design and build future greenfield user interfaces and experiences using HTM5/JS technologies
Maintain and enhance when necessary the existing WPF FX Sales and Trading application and manage the interaction and transition to a web technology stack
Own and be responsible for the management of the main trading and sales UI for FX
Perform line management responsibilities for UI developers within FX
Work with business sponsors and product owner to understand and formalise their requirements
Work within and across Agile scrum teams to ensure that tactical and strategic solutions dovetail
Assist with 2nd line support as necessary
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
Expertise of modern front end web MV* frameworks such as Angular2, React or Backbone
Experience developing C# with .NET 4.0 or above, using MVVM and Rx
Demonstration of successfully implementing automation test strategies for both WPF and HTML5 with TDD/BDD techniques to produce a pragmatic test coverage profile
Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing techniques
Experience developing enterprise grade-trading applications with an excellent appreciation of the non-functional concerns
Experience working in an Agile environment with cross functional front to back teams
Experience of consuming/formalising business requirements and translation to delivered software functionality
Experience working with traders, sales and middle office and the ability to form solid working relationships
Exposure to implementing and delivering complex globally distributed high availability real-time trading systems
FX Pricing, eTrading or Risk Management experience
Involvement in Open Source projects
An eye for good UX design
Knowledge of SAFe
Ability to contribute to system architechture design
Knowledge of the FX Sales and Trading business
