Mission Support Alliance, LLC the prime support contractor to the Department of Energy (DOE) located in Southeast Washington, is currently seeking a mid-level Compensation Analyst to join the Total Compensation team. The Compensation Analyst is able to provide a broad range of compensation and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) related services to the company. -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or other related field plus two (2) or more years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Requires a balance of persuasiveness, diplomacy, and negotiations skills.
-Must have compensation analyst or accounting experience.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Microsoft Access.
