We are looking for people to create our first impression with new customers. The Sales Associate will be responsible for a high volume of prospecting calls and emails to inform prospective customers about pair Networks, Inc. and our value proposition. You will have access to Salesforce and other resources to excel in your role and career moving forward. The secondary role will be to work closely with the marketing and sales team directors to support and contribute to account based marketing tasks, promotional events and any other lead generating projects.
Essential Duties Include:
Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers Develop strategic plans to build new business Deliver excellent customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction Actively manage short and long term leads Handle sales inquiries via email, phone, and social media Communicate product and services knowledge effectively to customers, suggesting account improvements while focusing on the needs of the customer Focus on renewals and/or up-selling to current customers Experience and success in selling in a technology related industry Follow industry trends, Website tools, and internet technologies Contribute to projects by researching competitors and documenting current customer information Attend regional promotional and networking events
