Minimum Qualifications:•Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math or other applicable quantitative or technical field•10 or more years of relevant consulting, corporate or government experience•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint•Aptitude for and experience with financial analysis•Ability to work in a deadline–driven, project-based environment, where the schedule can be unpredictable•High attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality work•Demonstrated ability to understand complex data and business processes•Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, technical concepts and results from analyses•Team player with the willingness to contribute to all tasks needed to accomplish team goals•Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, and to take on a broad range of analytical tasks•Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills•The ability to work under limited supervision and within a team•Desire to work in a fast-paced demanding environment•Authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. FI Consulting does not currently sponsor individuals for work authorization. Desired Qualifications:•CFA or CPA designation•Experience with Federal budgeting, GAAP, Federal Financial Statement audits, and/or Federal Financial Reporting•Experience with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) financials•OMB A-136/A-11 Financial Reporting Requirements•Aptitude for and experience with programming languages such as SAS, MATLAB, VBA,SQL, and R•Aptitude for and experience with visualization techniques and software such as Tableau•Aptitude for and experience with data manipulation, preparation, and management•Skilled at automating manual processes with appropriate techniques and tools•Active DHS EOD FLSA Designation - This is an exempt position.
