Join us and start doing your life's best work.This position works with eligibility vendors, banks, and customers to set up, test, and deliver the incoming and outbound files. Works directly with our software vendor, internal systems team, and outside vendors to transfer data and then develop document procedures in order to continue to download the daily or weekly files. Provides leadership and support to the processing teams by analyzing current processes, problem solving, designing new processes and implementing improvement. Works directly with the processing team to assist with obstacles and to train them on process improvements. They keep the lights on for our systems, troubleshooting multiple databases, maintaining the I1 data set, updating letter sets, setting up groups, and auditing. They do security updates for UMR portal, manage data and create ad - hoc reports, research server failures, coordinate the scheduling and running of daily reports to customers, create efficiencies, rewrites databases, and writes macros.Primary Responsibilities:Works with eligibility vendors and customers to set up, change, test, and deliver the incoming and outbound files.Analyzes manual processes and makes appropriate recommendations for automation, including the completion of the Return on Investment Analysis. May design and create Microsoft Access databases to automate processes.Recommends additional upgrades to the processing system and works directly with vendor to test and implement changes.Analyzes quarterly and mid - term system releases, tests, writes procedures, deploys, and trains the team.Maintains a system user guide and other unit procedures, verifying that all procedures are compliant with Federal regulations.Downloads data directly into processing systems after working with customer or vendor to set up the specifications and mapping.Researches Federal regulations as necessary regarding situations that arise to ensure compliance, working with the Compliance unit or legal as necessary.Creates, runs and delivers daily changes files to partners.Updates letter sets in our system, and properly sets up customer's account structures. Downloads daily customer changes and events and the daily UMR web data.Runs monthly customer reports, enters in adjustments to the tables, maintenance of our data tables, makes sure the IVR's updates, maintains the running of letters, creates ad - hoc reports for our customers by designing queries, runs the monthly audit of the enrollment system to the processing system, adds the data sets in TSO, trains new clients on the web, and handles SQL table failures.Other projects as assigned.
