The Technical Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing technical project plans to successfully deploy SAAS based solutions. This is a client facing role that assists the sales team during pre-sales negotiations to facilitate communications regarding technical requirements.
The Technical Project Manager has overall accountability to ensure that client’s technical environment is ready and configured for optimal performance to ensure clients receive their intended outcomes including safe and secure access between the Client’s cloud environments and internal Cloud solutions. This role is responsible for all technical aspects of a project and requires coordination with clients, vendors, project team members and development.
Bachelor Degree required
5+ years of project management experience
1 year supporting Healthcare Software with demonstrated knowledge of application practices and procedures, including tools, contacts and resources
5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise cloud solutions
3 years of client facing project experience
5 years of experience in the technology field
Microsoft or other Technical Certifications, Cloud or PMP Certifications preferred
SaaS based Application Delivery
Server Administration, Network Administration & Database Administration skills
