We have Caregiver (Direct Support Professional, DSP) positions throughout Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Youngtown, and Wickenburg. Come join our amazing Arizona MENTOR team supporting individuals with Disabilities in group homes and day programs.
Provide assistance with daily activities such as mealpreparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. In thisrole you will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individualson outings in the community or providing transportation to work or otheractivities. You will also have an opportunity to enhance the quality of lifefor those we serve by supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans inpartnership with clinical staff.

What we require of you:
High school diploma, GEDor equivalent
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
A background check will be conductedfor this position leading to a valid Level 1Fingerprint Clearance card
For most Group Home settings, a valid Arizona driver's license in good standing is required

Initial Training Requirement--Paid Training:
Approximately 32 hours of mandatory paid training sessions offeredto new employees prior to providing care to individuals. Sessions areheld Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
