Position Summary: The Telemedicine Program Support Specialist (TPSS) supports the overall operations of the HealthONE Virtual Network (H1VN) and the Wesley Care Virtual Network (WCVN). The TPSS will be responsible for coordinating telemedicine invoice reconciliation, coordinate marketing materials, assisting with maintaining account management software.
With direction from AVP Telemedicine and Operations Manager, responsible for reconciliation of TeleMedicine invoices
-Service line utilization review per site each month
-Spoke invoice: Per click volume per service line per site
-Provider invoice: Provider utilization by service line each month
-Collaborate with TeleMedicine team and accounting department to ensure service line invoices are processed in timely manner
-When requested, participate on conference calls/webex sessions to provide insights and general support regarding invoice reconciliation.
-When requested, assist with invoice audits
-Prospective site visits: Ensure marketing materials provided to telemedicine team for new sites
-New service lines: Ensure marketing materials updated for new service lines
-PowerPoint Presentations/Maps: Development of program materials, site maps, power point presentations
-Coordinate quarterly newsletter with input from TeleMedicine team
SalesForce Database / File Management
-Support maintenance of SalesForce Database / File Management
Research / Special projects
-When requested, have a key role in coordinating research and/or special projects with requesting stakeholder
WORK LOCATION / TRAVEL:
This position will be based out of the HCA Continental Division office in Denver. Travel anticipated to be limited to Denver metro area; minimal to no overnight travel anticipated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent organization skills. Proactively prioritize work with minimal direction, and effectively manage resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
High school diploma, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 4 years of project coordination / project management
Minimum 2 years invoicing experience preferred
Prefer experience with basic data manipulation and graphing
Experience in healthcare industry preferred; hospital experience preferred

Skills in multi-tasking, problem resolution, planning and expediting work flow.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, conference calls

Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriately. Requires lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment.
