DUTIES: - Work closely with AEP/PREP project staff to develop new advocacy, outreach and prevention education materials for the PREP Initiative. - Attend training and seminars on community health, HIV.AIDS, sexually transmitted disease, teaching skills and evidence based programs. - Provide administrative support to the THEO staff and Peers as needed. - Conduct recruitment for program (new members and community workshops). - Escort at risk teens to partnership clinics for HIV counseling and testing, pregnancy testing, medical services and STI testing. - Co-facilitate evidence based curriculum with staff. - Lead THEO Town Hall meeting/World Aids Day Event at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. - Participate in STAR Community Advisory Board, BATES Youth Network, leadership group and community boards. - Plan develop, implement and monitor all social media outreach including The Chat.
