Lead Enterprise Architecture initiatives for Macquarie's Technology.
Reporting to the Chief Architect, you will drive Enterprise Architecture initiatives, define EA processes and best practices, guide the architecture leadership team, and improve processes, tools, and techniques across our technology and business units.

drive the evolution of the Macquarie EA function, including our approach to information systems, data, technical, and solution architecture viewpoints and the management of technology-lifecycles and patterns
develop and maintain the group-wide capability model and board-level views of this
analyse industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on Macquarie's technology environment
analyse the current business and IT environment to recommend solutions for improvement
lead and facilitate the continual improvement of governing principles for decision making across the enterprise
champion best-practice EA processes to streamline Macquarie's technology groups
About you :
To be successful in this role you will possess the relevant education (E.g. STEM degree or similar), and have recent enterprise experience in the financial services industry. You will also be passionate about your work and have a desire to work closely with others to deliver solutions to the business.
