Department Profile Technology Information Risk's (TIR) mandate is to enable the Firm to manage its technology and data related risks through implementing proactive, comprehensive, and consistent risk management practices across the Firm to protect the franchise while capturing business opportunities. The TIR team partners with the business by ensuring that Technology understands how to manage, escalate and monitor risk. The Authentication and Identity Management (AIM) Team with Enterprise Security Platforms (ESP) engineers authentication and identity solutions for the firm. ESP dual reports into Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) and Tech and Info Risk (TIR). The technology stack owned out of AIM spans all employees as well as external clients of the firm. It consists of home-grown software, 3rd party and open source products and auxiliary services and solutions.

It consists of home-grown software, 3rd party and open source products and auxiliary services and solutions.
The Identity Management team is pivotal to strategy of firm security infrastructure which has undertaken a series of projects to renovate the account lifecycle management and directory services space. The new systems will be key cyber-security components, using enterprise scale solutions to provide accurate, high quality and available data to 3500 applications and serve several billions of lookups a month.You will act as a Quality Assurance expert and coordinator for the Identity and Access Management space, more specifically be responsible for the documentation, maintenance and automation of tests and managing offshore resources for test execution.
You will collaborate with technology internal system owners from the Identity management, Identity data and Directory services groups and other technology stakeholders from Enterprise Infrastructure to master you understanding of their products and improve quality assurance practices related to their releases. You will also liaise with a pool of offshore resource to track and coordinate test execution. We are looking for a seasoned quality assurance professional with strong driver to grow in the security space to work on a mission critical project in the challenging cyber-security environment and join the Budapest based Identity Management team.
Primary Responsibilites: - Learn the business context and technology stack providing security solutions to various applications - Review requirements, architecture diagrams, functional specifications & production incidents to use that collateral to develop test scenarios & plans for QA execution - Maintain regression testing catalog of test cases for each asset in scope - Coordinate QA test schedules with global testing teams, track results. Provide feedback to global testing teams on process and test automation improvement. - Review test results with QA, engineering & development teams - Design, develop & create automation scripts to enable test automation - Categorize & track root cause of test failures to drive improvements in initial code quality as well as QA processes - Continuously improve our testing processes delivering more reliable results, extending integration testing coverage and decreasing the time testing takes from the software development lifecycle
Skills required - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a distributed global technology organization - Good technical documentation skills to produce test plans
- Good knowledge/experience with scripting languages - Hands on experience with QA/integration testing of complex distributed systems - Established track record of process automation - Experience in backend testing e.g. web services, databases
Skills desired - Affinity to cyber security - Knowledge of LDAP protocol - Java development experience
