The CIS internship program will provide experiential learning to students in various business units within CIS, including, but not limited to: computer networking, systems management, enterprise IT architecture, project management. The interns will obtain hands-on experience and knowledge in enterprise IT under the guidance of CIS Brown University professionals. Interns will work with an interactive curriculum surrounding the interests of the student groups which will yield substantive results within the given time period. Interns will work in an environment where students can discover themselves. Interns will be empowered to visualize the real world issues in an enterprise IT infrastructure.
-Must currently be a student of RIC, CCRI, or Brown University working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-Must have willingness to learn and contribute
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to learn and work independently and/or within a team
