Cascade Health has recently opened Lane County's first Hospice House and we're looking to add a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to our team to staff this brand new, 14-bed inpatient care facility. Depending on applicant preference, the weekly scheduled hours can be either part-time or full-time. Position requires State of Oregon Nurse Practitioner licensure, prescriptive drug privileges, and a DEA number. Two years clinic experience with a hospice and palliative care background is preferred. In addition to physical, emotional, and spiritual support, we utilize alternative comfort-care measures that may include massage, aroma therapy, music, art, and pet therapy.
