The Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating all program related responsibilities including weekly team meetings, MDs and NPs outpatient clinic scheduling, new patient intake, and the triage of all phone calls and electronic communication to the program.
Managing the calendar and scheduling of meetings for the director of the program.
Providing excellent customer service to new and current patients in assisting them with clinic coordination between multiple specialty departments and information about the many services offered at the hospital and within our program.
To qualify, you must have:
Associate's degree with one year of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
The ability to collect, analyze and report program data.
Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions and welldeveloped writing/editing/speaking skills.
Organizational skills appropriate to the management tasks of the program.
Computer and research skills for tasks of word processing, information and referral research and data coordination.
The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
