Position Description and Role Responsibilities
Project manage Compliance driven initiatives
Support regional initiatives that arise across the compliance function including SIAI / CIAI remediation
Manage project framework and provide regular project status update to relevant stakeholders
Organizational Health Check - to deep dive on Compliance processes and to identify work to be eliminated / improved / transferred to other Control Functions
Preferred with at least 2 years of experience in the Financial / Banking Industry
Demonstrated understanding of the APAC Regulatory Environment
Good understanding of business management and project management skills, and multi-tasking experience within a Global Banking and Markets organization including effective stakeholder management skills
Acute attention to detail and deadline oriented
Good communications skills, written and verbal
Ability to manage daily activities with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and business partners
Ability to supervise junior members
Great attention to confidentiality
