MENTOROregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provideassistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Our DSPsprovide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning,medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitatecommunity involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the communityor providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs will alsopartner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans toenhance the lives of those we support.
We are currently seeking Full Time, PartTime, and On-Call Direct Care staff to work in oneof our residential homes in the Portland area. We have various shifts available including days,evenings, overnight and weekends.

High school diploma or GED
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver's license in good standing preferred
