Design, deliver and coordinate global training program
The Risk Management Group (RMG) encourages Macquarie's businesses to be innovative and entrepreneurial within defined risk parameters. RMG is an independent, centralised unit responsible for assessing, quantifying and mitigating risks across Macquarie.
We are seeking a talented technical training specialist to design, deliver and coordinate our established global training program for our staff, with the aid of a network of "training champion" volunteers who are strong advocates for providing quality training to our people.
Whilst the training framework, syllabus and infrastructure are already in place, we are looking for someone who can bring a fresh approach and innovative ideas to the program.
You will play a significant part in driving forward RMG-wide training initiatives, including consulting staff and subject matter experts to deliver relevant training outcomes for the team and regular reporting to senior divisional management. Frequent interactions with "training champions", HR and other key stakeholders, as well as maintaining materials and resources on the training portal (currently housed on SharePoint) will also form key responsibilities in your role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment, where you will utilise your excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven relationship building ability.
This position will suit candidates with at least 2 years training or L&D experience. A background within the Financial Services industry is an advantage, and relevant qualifications in L&D are required. Accelerate your career with Macquarie - a merit based organisation. To express interest, please include a covering letter, and apply online today. If you have any questions, please contact Shien.Wu@Macquarie.com
