The Total Rewards Analyst works independently as well as collaboratively with others to design, implement, support and administer total rewards programs that support attraction and retention of top talent. Primary areas of focus are job evaluation and documentation, compliance, process improvement, market analysis and benchmarking.
Analyze market trends, program competitiveness, and cost implications of Total Reward programs.
Work cross-functionally to complete deliverables for compensation-related initiatives.
Play a key role in preparing and assisting with the annual compensation planning cycle, including providing systems testing/support; developing timeline and planning materials; and developing and delivering communications materials.
Work to understand BluePearl jobs and their business requirements to conduct job evaluations and write job descriptions.
Support the administration of base pay structure framework, bonus program structure, and other compensation programs.
In conjunction with other member of the Total Rewards team, complete benchmarking of all jobs on an annual basis and make programmatic change recommendations based on the results.
Conduct ad hoc competitive assessments/internal equity analyses of employee pay levels make recommendations for pay adjustments.
Demonstrates strong understanding of employment and wage laws and ensures compliance.
Responsible for employee communications regarding compensation programs and plans.
Participate in thought leadership on the design and communication of plans and programs.
Partner with stakeholders to develop systems and processes to streamline and automate workflows and business rules.
Partner closely with People Analytics to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data.
Support the Total Rewards team on special projects and assignments as required.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and/or total rewards required.
Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of intellectual curiosity.
Must have advanced Excel skills. Intermediate Microsoft Access preferred.
Strong and recent experience in analytics software (i.e. Stata, SAS) preferred.
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information.
Strong teamwork skills required as well as ability to work in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.
Aptitude for balancing multiple priorities with strong organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to be a change agent and influence progress.
