We are seeking an HR Analyst, Talent Market Research who will compile and design reports, provide internal and external workforce insights using multiple data sources and work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to provide market research support.
The Analyst will provide routine and ad hoc reporting on areas such as Talent Acquisition metrics, workforce planning projections, recruitment surveys, exit surveys and labor market data. In addition, this individual will be a big-picture, strategic thinker and will use data to provide workforce insights and Talent Acquisition trends. The Analyst will create presentations and have the ability to present data in a visual way that is easily digestible for senior leadership.
Analyze external market data for the supply of future or hard to fill jobs, collaboration with the sourcing team to identify avenues for talent and help guide sourcing/recruiting decisions
Gather data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.
Design, produce, and distribute TAG metrics/scorecards, recruitment effectiveness and new hire satisfaction survey reports to Talent Acquisition leadership and other business partners
Create monthly workforce forecasts and economic models needed to assess supply and demand of future workforce requirements and inform workforce strategy decisions
Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations Director on process improvement, and system administration for talent systems.
Adept at working with real-world data and extracting meaningful insights from it
Comfortable using quantitative techniques and are an analytical / critical thinker
A versatile storyteller, able to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences
Curious, eager to tackle a wide variety of problems, and able to learn independently
Bachelors degree in Business, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science or related discipline
2+ years experience connecting data (HR, Finance, Market Research or Operations data preferred) to quickly break down objectives into key questions and information requirements
Ability to create models to provide insights on decisions (trends, correlations, "What ifs") and forecasting.
Demonstrated experience working with real-world data
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Previous experience developing compelling fact-based recommendations in written and presentation form using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making
