There's never been a better time to do your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Act as an Agile Coach for multiple scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams toward improving the way they work Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices Act as a mentor to Product Owners, Business Analysts, Configurators, and Developers regarding Agile values, principles and practices Educate all levels and roles, including senior leaders, across the team on Agile values, principles, process, practices and tools Guide management on effective Agile Portfolio / Program management Facilitate cross - team coordination and collaboration Drive visibility of information that help the team track their progress Quickly gain a high level understanding of the technical and business domains of the various Scrum teams Manage project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments Managing projects around systems and data architecture Schedule and Lead Daily team stand-up calls; every - other - week planning sessions; team retrospectives; post - sprint reviews and conversations related to all team activities Communicate with other management, developers, product managers and technical support specialists on product and cross-product issues Track and communicate team velocity and sprint / release progress Maintain process documentation and ownership of the Agile visibility/tracking tools Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile values and principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility while promoting self-management and constantly improving team standards of work Assist as needed with backlog maintenance Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition Must be "self-motivated" and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated Ability to understand technical issues and impact at a high level Passion to proactively seek ways to improve processes Self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position with the ability to constructively resolve problems Creative, resourceful and innovative at tackling complex challenges (in a timely matter) Self - taught and self - teaching, with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills and new technologies readily Respectful, professional interpersonal working style with uncompromising honesty Approachable and willing to offer helpful solutions Handle constructive feedback well
