This position oversees the entire recruiting, enrollment cycle, and scholarship assistance pertaining to the LL.M. Programs and S.J.D. Program. The job requires a large amount of self-direction and will need to work collaboratively with the faculty directors and program staff of the various LL.M. and S.J.D. Programs.
This position requires an organized person who is a self-starter, works well under pressure, is highly motivated, prioritizes, takes accountability and demonstrates follows through.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, or experience. Advanced degree in political science, government, law, or education.
Seven years’ work experience in admissions and student recruitment
Must have at least basic knowledge of how to process immigration documents for international students
Excellent oral and written skills required as well as initiative, management experience, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Must be a team player
Demonstrated ability to handle various constituencies and be able to perform multiple tasks
Must have extensive computer experience, including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Access
Individual must have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse student and faculty population, as well as the community at large
Eight years’ prior work experience in legal setting and/or as working in admissions in higher education
