The Department of Nursing invites applicants for a half time, faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to teach in the graduate programs particularly in the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program, pending budget approval. Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience.
Responsibilities: Teaching students in the classroom, online, and clinical, and engaging in scholarship and service per University guidelines
Requirements:A Doctoral degree, preferably in nursing, is required.If doctoral degree is not in nursing, master’s degree in nursing is required. Teaching experience in an academic setting and eligibility for an unencumbered RN and APRN licensure in the State of Minnesota are required. Clinical experience as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, and previous experience in graduate level teaching is required.
