The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Operations and assisting with the oversight of day-to-day activities within the Center for Integrated Life Sciences and Engineering (CILSE). This individual will be directly involved in booking and monitoring events hosted within common spaces, participating in strategic planning, procurement and account maintenance, maintaining security access, and assisting the Director in ad hoc tasks. In addition to supporting CILSE, the Administrative Coordinator will assist in the upkeep and operations of the satellite research facility in 677 Beacon St., requiring regular maintenance checks, room reservations/scheduling, and interaction with the faculty, researchers, and vendors. This position is within a high profile and dynamic enterprise. Therefore, the successful candidate will be customer service oriented, flexible, responsive, capable of handling multiple tasks of varying priority, and interacting with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Salary: Grade 26
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience required. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. Microsoft Suite and SAP experience preferred.
