As an integral member of the research team within the Multicenter Office, and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements, assist with the coordination of MSK investigator initiated multicenter protocols.
Provide guidance and answers to questions posed by MSK clinical research staff throughout the institution (e.g. Research Managers, Research Data Coordinators, and RSAs) regarding multicenter data and regulatory practices and requirements.
Ensure each clinical department is compliant with institutional multicenter program standard operating procedures, clinical research policies and federal guidelines.
Generate reports on the progress of MSK coordinated multicenter studies.
Interact with external stakeholders (e.g. participating institutions), as needed, when issues around MSK coordinated multicenter protocols arise that require institutional involvement.
Provide clerical and administrative support, such as filing and scheduling meetings and appointments, answering incoming telephone calls, troubleshooting problems and providing information as needed.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, information and time management, administrative and Computer Skills, willingness to learn new computer programs as needed for the role
A Bachelor’s degree OR High school diploma with 2 years medical or research experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK )
Hours: Initial training M-F 9 am – 5 pm; Variable four day weekly schedule M-F 8 am to 6 pm based on needs
