This position provides admission support for all SPS programs, including Non-Credit and For-Credit student populations. The Coordinator will also provide functional support & skills to the School of Professional Studies Enrollment Services staff by ensuring that daily processes, data entry, and communications have been properly maintained in a timely manner using SalesForce, TargetX, DocuSign, CollegeNet, Banner and Freshdesk for a population over 10,000 student records and applicants. The Coordinator will ensure that outbound communications to all parents and students are clear and thorough and responded to in a timely manner. Additionally, this role demands great attention to detail, the ability to make sound decisions and serves as a consistent point of contact with the Program Services team and any students, parents, University staff when customer outreach is required.
Responsibilties include but not limited to:
Admission and Enrollment Processing & Data Entry for all SPS programs including Pre-College, Summer Session, Visiting & Executive Masters
Monitor & reply to Enrollment Services controlled email accounts and open admission and enrollment tickets. Create outward communications and canned responses for all Admission and Enrollment related email accounts
Processing, reconciliation, and delivery of Certificates & Course Performance Reports
Additional admission and enrollment support for all programs
Associates Degree and 1-2 yearsâ?? experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience working in a higher education setting preferred.
Strong experience working with ERP systems; preferably Banner and SalesForce
Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to do detailâ??oriented work
Strong analytical and time management skills required
Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to troubleshoot in a high-volume, changing work environment
Must have the ability to work effectively independently, and as a member of a team
Superior computing abilities including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps for Education and basic technology troubleshooting experience required.
