Advertised Summary Job Description: This position will provide general support to the Financial Reporting and Operations group within the Controller's Office. Duties may include: Analyzing data; Preparing supporting schedules and preparing journal entries, which includes accessing the University's Financial Data Store and PeopleSoft general ledger (ARC); Communicating with University Departments and other outside organizations; Organizing files, both paper and electronic; General office administrative tasks. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
General Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma required. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word required.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred. Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have a passion for excellent customer service and commitment to exceptional quality.
