We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Assistant.
In this role, the successful candidate The Program Assistant will report directly to the Director of Clinical Administration (DCA). The Program Assistant provides a broad range of support on projects or program related planning functions. The Program Assistant is responsible for providing moderate data analysis and other research related activities while using judgment and discretion to interpret and analyze data for reporting purposes. The Program Assistant also assists in planning and coordinating project milestones, as needed, under general supervision.
- Moderate Project Support:
-Uses judgment to provide program support in the preparation, analyses and delivering of project relevant materials that includes but is not limited to: tracks, organizes and maintains data collected, researches, analyses, interprets and reports the final findings.
-Assists with the development of project reports
-Assists with project data collection activities
-Prepares and review documents independently
-Coordinates/communicates project activities with concerned parties.
-Compiles and prepares reports based on information readily available, verifies, interprets and analyses information, determines report format, identifies discrepancies and make corrections, as needed
-Researches problems, issues and concerns and responds to requests for information and summarizes data based on information compiled from various sources
- Clinical Performance:
-Working with the DCA to develop clinical performance metrics
-Working with DCA on clinical productivity analyzes based on established metrics including individual clinical performance and performance trends
-Works in conjunction with DCA to determine additional operational improvement areas
- Electronic Filing:
-Creates and maintains electronic filing and storage systems
To qualify you must have a Associate's degree with minimum of 1 Year of related experience in an office setting or the equivalent combination of education
Ability to collect, analyze and understand data trends
Analytical skills; high proficiency of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
Ability to write reports containing technical information
Sensitivity to confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA is required
Masters degree is required.
