Our Market Operations Division is looking for proactive and eager Associates to join the Account and Nostro Management Operations team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will have a strong interest in working within an Operations area and a positive can do attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their payment knowledge within a busy team, you will be trained in the various roles and tasks that the team face every day.
As a member of the Account and Nostro Management Team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Verification of instructed transactions on client call accounts, including validation of SWIFT formatting on outgoing payments.
Providing support to our offshore teams in the processing of the above transactions.
Settlement and verification of fixed term trades and cash-flows related to derivatives.
Responding to queries from internal and external clients.
Investigation and resolution of Nostro Reconciliation breaks.
Identify areas for improvement within the Account and Nostro Management Operations team and participate in the daily huddle.
Assistance with other ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Our Account and Nostro Management team cover three shifts each day to provide support to all markets, the earliest begins at 7am and the latest finishes at 8pm. These shifts rotate between four staff members so you will be flexible in your hours, you must also be prepared to work public holidays as required.
