Portland, Oregon – Seeking an exemplary Breast Surgeon to serve as a clinical leader and part-time Medical Director. Full-time position. Competitive compensation; comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in breast surgery. Role responsibilities will primarily be clinical, but will include leadership focused on quality measurement and improvements as well as strategic planning for comprehensive breast services throughout the Oregon region. This position will provide ample opportunities for research activity in collaboration with the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute in our Providence Cancer Center. Join the growing team of dedicated and compassionate providers at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center's multidisciplinary cancer clinic, where you'll enjoy a collaborative working relationship with radiation and medical oncology providers located in the same clinic space. In addition, this position includes medical direction of robust supportive care services at the hospital, including dedicated breast oncology nurse navigators, lymphedema specialists, oncology social workers and a mastectomy boutique on-site.
