Recognize and respond to potential business opportunities and deliver the desired sales results o Provide advisory service to clients with respect to Canadian Banking and Harris Private Bank services to High Net Worth customers intending to move to Canada and facilitate a smooth handoff o Achieve sales/referral targets by identifying customer financial needs and providing relevant product information o Continually seek opportunities to expand customer relationships. o Contribute to the achievement of the branch business plan through active participation in community and business events to foster a positive image of the Bank and where possible promote Bank and Private Bank product and services.
Take ownership of staying current on Bank products and procedures. o Complete technical training for product, services and operational as required for the role.
D. Risk and Compliance
Adhere to set out standards for audit and compliance requirement as per National standards for BMO including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy act etc
Ensure BMO sales activities are in compliance with PRC regulatory framework for foreign banks.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate University Degree or equivalent with minimum 3years Sales Management and/or Sales/Service Manager experience.
Expert knowledge of all sales products, services, processes & procedures and interrelationships.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Sales/Service operation in China.
Working knowledge of competitive market place and trends in product offerings
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
In-depth Sale & Service orientation skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Planning and organizing skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
