Education: Bachelor's degreein epidemiology, sociology, psychology, nursing or other related field ofstudy. A master's degree or doctorate degree (PhD, MD) in a scientific/medicalfield is preferred. Graduate level knowledge of Human Anatomy ispreferred.
Experience: Five (5) years of related clinicalresearch experience with at three (3) years relevant research specialization.
PreferredExperience: Relevant experience working and teaching with humancadavers. Managerial experience is strongly preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least 18 credits in a fieldrelated to the research of the clinic, or Bachelor's degree in unrelated fieldwith at least one year of experience in a field directly related to the researchof the clinic. Except for qualifications established by law, additionalrelated experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge,skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the jobclass may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on ayear-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year ofexperience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to understand and utilize scientific/medicalterminology and interpretation of scientific document and research theory.Comprehensive knowledge of research principles and practices. Possesses aknowledge of human subjects research and is able to perform position incompliance with all requirements, regulations, and laws.
Knowledge of human anatomy that canonly be acquired through advanced studies of anatomy or medicine as well asrelevant work/academic experience in cadaver dissection.
Ability to work independently withminimal oversight to accomplish research-related tasks. Ability to work withdiverse groups of people and build consensus within the group. Ability toorganize and manage study staff, participants and others as assigned.
Ability to collect and performquantitative analysis of research data and working knowledge of researchdesign, experimental design and statistical analysis. Ability to analyzetechnical data, and be able to prepare and generate reports and assist inmanuscript preparation.
Ability to take a lead role inperforming and directing various advanced, routine, and maintenance procedures.Ability to perform independent projects and to serve as a consultant in area oftechnical specialty. Skill in programming statistical and data analysis using relevantstatistical software to include Microsoft Office as well as spreadsheet anddatabase software applications necessary to complete the job requirements.
Ability to effectively communicateboth verbal and written thoughts, ideas, and facts. Writes and presentsinformation in a clear and concise way. Interprets and understandswritten information and is able to listen attentively to verbal and non-verbalcues that lead to a deeper understanding. Skill in ethicallycommunicating risks and benefits. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work cooperatively withothers and demonstrates professional, ethical, respectful, and courteousbehavior when interacting with others. Capable of interacting pleasantlyand positively with other to meet customer expectations, and provide follow upwith customers.
