UW Bothell has an outstanding opportunity for an Office Assistant 3 (OA3).
The Office Assistant 3 will provide customer service and building coordination for the Beardslee Crossing (UWBX) office suite on a daily basis. Manage equipment, calendars and service for building occupants and visitors. This position will report to the Planning & Administration Director of Administrative Services, and provides service to three units: Administration & Planning; Advancement & External Relations and Academic Affairs.
We are seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail and time-management skills who can be adaptable to work in both office and front reception environments. This position has multiple competing work demands and requires well-developed prioritization and organizational skills.
This position will act as point of contact for general support and customer service to employees, internal and external customers, vendors, and all visitors to UWBX. The OA3 will provide positive and responsive customer service as well as direct visitors to the appropriate area/room.

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of increasingly responsible clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
