Job Posting: Under general direction of the Director of Clinical Transformation, the Sr. Clinical Project Advisor - Per Diem is responsible for guiding and providing support in developing and implementing best practices. As a Key leader/facilitator of best practice work teams, using past clinical experience, evaluates current care trends through chart review/ analysis, conducts extensive literature review/ interpretation and works with healthcare professionals to spearhead the development of care protocols. Serving also as a project manager for the teams, is involved in data analysis, consensus building within the group and provides other support to ensure effective and timely development of best practices that include prevention, evaluation, and treatment through transitions. Supports and participates in interdepartmental collaboration and problem solving. Works closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation and other members of the healthcare team. Effectively coordinates the activities required to translate evidence into best practices protocols and implementation collaboratively, with physician facilitators/clinical co-leads. Qualification Requirements/Preferences: Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Educational and Experience Requirements: Degree and experience in clinical area required (RN, PharmD, PT, RT, etc.). Project Management Experience Required. Strong Analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills. Demonstrated experience in project management, scope cost, time, risk, quality and communication. Demonstrated experience with process flow analysis, user relations and customer interactions. Thorough understanding of the core business process within health care organizations. Must possess excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, Visio, Project and Project Tracking applications. Must have excellent ability to build relationships and manage through conflicting points of views with stake holder teams.
