FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENTThe Department of Physics at the City College of New York invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in theoretical condensed matter physics. Appointment at Full Professor level will be considered in exceptional cases.The successful candidate is expected to develop a vigorous, independent, externally-funded research program and have a commitment to excellence in teaching. Candidates will be considered at a senior level based on achievements, broad recognition and the expectation of future work at this level.
