High School Diploma/GED required
Associates degree, BA/BS or relevant military training or schooling (preferred)
Preparing and editing executive reports, correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Record and document retention compliance (regulatory and investigation)
Website development and maintenance
Asset and equipment inventory

Guard force operations, security systems (preferred)

Strong written and oral communications skill and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties at all levels. Respond to or direct department-specific routine and non-routine inquiries.
Proficient in latest suite of Office products (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, etc.)
Database management; access database (preferred)
SAP, web-based applications and websites (preferred)
Event and meeting scheduling and planning; proficiency with remote meeting tools (e.g., webex, video conferences, etc.)
Sound judgement and discretion - work material (e.g., incidents, investigations, etc.) can involve high-level, sensitive matters.
Ability to quickly learn and implement security administrative processes and tasks in support of incident reporting, case management, threat assessment, lost laptop/devices, training and awareness, travel restrictions, regulatory compliance, executive protection, guard force management, etc.
