Excellent opportunity to provide leadership and coaching to a team while continuing to be involved in the technical aspects of the job. Provides supervision and leadership to team of application analysts ensuring timely delivery and accurate results. Interpret customer business needs using analytical skills combined with technical expertise to create system requirements and technical specifications. Develop test plans and review new and modified systems and programs to ensure internal standards and efficiency requirements are met. Provide technical consultancy, expertise, coaching, and advice to all application analysts on the Human Resource Applications team and build effective relations with customers and other groups within Enterprise Systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field; demonstrated experience in systems analysis and development of web applications, automated processes, and/or reports that use a relational database system such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; working knowledge of SQL and relational database design; experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of faculty and staff; demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines; strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
