Position Description This role supports the Global Anti Money Laundering (AML) Platform Management Team for the Legal Entity On boarding (LEO) and LYNX Applications. This person will be a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Asia-Pacific region on AML policy and operational procedures for Global Banking, Global Markets, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Small Business & Special Asset client onboarding and refresh.
Creating change records, performing platform analysis for identification of functional, process, usability and integration opportunities, leading and executing user acceptance testing and ensuring user adoption and in-region policy adherence for ongoing changes within the annual release cycle.
You will form strong relationships with internal business partners in a highly matrixed organization.
You will produce all product development/enhancement and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables associated with new and changed functionality within LEO: Change Requests, Business Requirements, Project Documentation, UAT plans, UAT scripts, post-mortem analysis, etc.
In addition, you will be expected to lead and execute production certification activities during weekend deployments. Key Requirements
A self-starter than can quickly move from dialogue to action with limited direction
Strong knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) process
Experience writing business requirements/User Stories (Waterfall or Agile)
Software tester or test lead experience (this person will execute test scripts)
Understanding of complex technology architecture and application interdependencies
Track record of performance for managing & influencing sophisticated, fast-paced business partners with competing priorities
Ability to translate controls or policy to business and technology requirements
Experience working with global teams spanning multiple time zones
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to translate technical jargon and terminology to non-technical people
Experience with HP Quality Center
Microsoft Office skills must be strong (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
Six Sigma training and designation preferred
Experience with Compliance and Audit a plus
Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering policies and procedures
