Monmouth University is seeking applications for a 1st Assistant Women's Basketball Coach.
The candidate would be expected to: be primarily responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process including, but not limited to, telephone contact, mailings, school visits, home visits and electronic correspondence.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Required Years of Experience: 3
Computer literacy. Three years of basketball coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
Proven recruiter. Experience coordinating recruiting efforts.
