Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh’s Advancement & Community Engagement Office seeks an Assistant to provide administrative support for Carnegie Museum of Art's efforts to broaden its base of contributed support. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment and have the initiative to undertake and complete projects accurately and on deadline. Attention to detail and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to interact effectively with Board members, patrons, supporters, and colleagues. S/he must have a strong customer-service orientation and be flexible, cooperative, and team-oriented. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prefer 1 to 2 years of office experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the Internet for research is required; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is a plus.
