Incumbents have supervisory responsibilities over licensed clinicians, are responsible for reviewing practices and setting standards and for ordering treatments and signing orders.
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience or training providing clinical services in the area assigned.
Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Licensure by NC in one of the following areas: Substance Abuse Professional Certification, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCAS, LPA, LPC, Toddler Certification Positions Must Obtain: First Aid Certification, CPR Certification.
This position is multifaceted in that there is a clinical supervisory function and service delivery functions - providing individual and group counseling, evidenced-based practices, crisis intervention/counseling, advocacy, and information and referral and clinical supervision to licensed employees. This position is responsible for promoting a safe therapeutic environment for domestic violence victims at risk of harm as a result of the abusive relationship. This position also identifies, implements, and modifies service delivery needs for quality services and sustainability of evidenced based practices within the system and with clients.
Master of Social Work or Counseling degree, NC Clinical License. Significant knowledge of domestic violence and related supervisory or management experience. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
