Position Overview Responsible for coordinating and/or supporting compliance efforts to ensure licensing risks and goals are maintained. Develops reports and analyzes data. Works with branches to ensure licenses and certifications are assigned to appropriate associates.
Coordinates and/or supports compliance efforts to ensure licensing risks are mitigated/documented and licensing goals are maintained, as requested by management.
Receives and updates licenses or certifications for initial set up and renewal and escalates license issues to responsible parties.
Develops reports and analyzes data that supports licensing decisions or compliance metrics.
Works with branch, customer center, or Service Quality Managers to ensure proper licenses or certifications are assigned to each associate as defined by company policy and regulations.
Communicates with business unit leaders to ensure they are informed of license/certification status of employees and have upcoming expiration date information and reports for notification purposes.
Works with Marketing and Legal departments to keep abreast of license requirements on new product offerings, setting up requirements, and providing reports for ensuring proper execution.
Maintains standards for license requirements, verifiable documentation and updates/communicates requirements to field management as needed.
High school graduate or equivalent and 1 year experience in managing regulatory or licensing compliance programs
Previous experience in managing service audit systems or processes is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel or other data analytics tools
