-Must have the ability to deal with multiple time-sensitive interests requiring the Dean's attention.
-Prioritizes competing issues to determine which items require a response from the Dean or other faculty and staff.

-Ability to organize, handle and secure confidential records and confidential data
-Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote. Some experience with PeopleSoft HR/Financials a plus.
Two years of college level work or equivalent education and experience required.
Requires a minimum of five years of increasingly complex administrative support experience including some experience working for a high-level administrator.
Prefer prior experience coordinating office events and special projects as well as higher education experience.
