The Employer Accounts and Events Manager is a member of the Employer Relations Team in the Career Center. This team has responsibility for successful employer relations to include: acting as an ambassador to the employment community, maintaining ongoing contact with recruiters who have established relationships, developing new relationships with recruiters, and keeping abreast of developments in local, national, and international career trends as they pertain to the career interests of students and alumni.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Employer Relations, the Manager has primary responsibility for planning and executing all aspects of employer relationship management, on-Grounds interviews, and event management for employers in specified industries. The Manager will serve as the primary contact for providing information regarding these programs directly to interested recruiters and Community Builders and is also responsible for the logistics related to employer development programming.
