Provide assistance in the execution of business and HR strategies and plans, in line with specific market led objectives.
Partner in executing actions resulting from organizational re-design.
Work with Senior HRBP to operationalize the reward strategy, ensuring a clear relationship between reward/recognition and performance, contribution, and long term potential.
Provide support on all talent matters (with the support of the relevant COEs as appropriate) in relation to; talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, coaching, training, career development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Support the colleague engagement agenda and work with HR team to drive actions to improve this in collaboration with the business.
Participate in the delivery of training events that cover HR and people-related issues, as appropriate.
Provide advice and support to client groups, ensuring compliance to all HR-related policies and legislative requirements.
Provide cover for HR Generalist responsibilities as required.
Interact with HR Shared Services and COEs (including Talent Acquisition) to ensure high standard of service delivery.
Provide additional support to the business as required.
CIPD qualified with 4 - 5 years' experience operating at a junior HR Business Partner level, preferably in the professional/financial services sector
Exposure to themes related to talent acquisition, talent management and total rewards.
Experience across the range of HR disciplines with a knowledge of employee relations and relevant legislation.
Experience with practical delivery of HR solutions to critical business issues.
