The Office of Development at MSK has raised more than $4 billion over the last ten years and is growing our Major Gifts team. We are looking for top fundraisers with a passion for asking for gifts, working collaboratively with medical leadership and a desire to join a world-class organization. Our Development staff is seen as a key contributor to the success of MSKCC and is highly respected by our Medical, Research and Senior leadership.
We are currently recruiting for a Major Gifts Officer to join our growing team.
As the MGO, you will:
Collaborate in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to foster the department's long and short term growth.
Initiate and conduct personal meetings with major prospects with the intention of establishing a relationship that will result in a major gift to Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Serve as a Development liaison with clinical areas and research departments
Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience in soliciting gifts in a Development Department.
