The College of Business Administration-Admissions department is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Student Services Coordinator.
The successful candidate serves as the Student Services Coordinator for the Tafel Center for Student Success within the College of Business Administration. Duties include providing support for the offices of Academic Advising, Career Development and International Programs and serving as a point of coordination for activities within the Tafel Center. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors to the Tafel Center, providing students with detailed information about the Pitt Business program, coordinating scheduling and student access to recruiters, Executives in Residence and student-related programs or activities. Regular activities include providing administrative support within the Tafel Center, assisting with special events and routine office administration. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Advising with secondary reporting to the Assistant Director of Career Development.

Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position
Strong interpersonal and writing skills are required and experience with social media is highly desirable. Should be proficient in the Microsoft Windows environment; will need to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
