Provides a proactive, strategic consulting role in guiding, determining and influencing the organization’s workforce and talent needs. This role is both a strategic partner to the business and local human resource staff, and an active participant in the planning and implementation of workforce planning objectives. Works to align organization design,
workforce planning strategies and talent acquisition to solve short term and long term business goals. This role is responsible for consultative advice and creation of plans for the recruitment of outstanding talent, and will partner with hiring managers to understand their business, current and future talent needs and then develop with other key stakeholders (i.e. Human Resources, Compensation, Finance) the workforce staffing plan. This role is responsible for high-level consultative conversations with hiring leaders and will leverage critical thinking and influencing skills to resolve complex and challenging situations. This role will collaborate across recruiting, sourcing, marketing, candidate are and diversity strategy functions to ensure success of the plans.
