Implement Operational Risk Framework (ORF) across global GSAM Offices
Strengthen the compliance and process control across global GSAM offices
Ensure that the procedures and controls in GSAM adhere to ORMA framework.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Implement ORF across global GSAM offices
Maintain the Risk Register and any update
Develop CSTs to enhance compliance and process controls
Participate in the development of Risk Register for core GSAM processes
Monitor the timely completion and submission of CST checks
Monitor the progress for exceptions as reported in Optial and Phoenix
Provide reliable support to COO, GSAM and Senior Manager, Operations, GSAM
Coordinate the updates to Group GSAM Procedures Manual
Qualifications and Skills
Degree holder (business or computer related) and relevant experience in auditing / banking / compliance background preferred
Strong analytical skills to collate and analyse data
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external colleagues at all levels
Solid experience with personal computer applications, e.g. spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Ability to work independently under pressure, energetic and be multi-tasking
Capability to communicate well both orally and in writing at senior levels
Occasional business travelling
