Responsible for managing the company's ethics and compliance program. Also responsible for managing compliance with EEO and government contractor regulations, including affirmative action plans, OFCCP audits, EEO-1 reporting, I-9 compliance, disparate pay and disparate impact statistical analyses.
Drives the company's ethics program, including enforcement of the Code of Conduct, ethics training, conflict of interest surveys, communication strategy, policy development and review based upon legal risk analysis.
Manages the operation of the ethics helpline to ensure reports are appropriate assigned, investigated and resolved in compliance with internal procedures and policy.
Leads and coordinates investigations regarding compliance concerns and collaborates with business partners in Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functional areas as required.
Coordinates development and delivery of reports concerning ethics, compliance and EEO matters for senior management and Board of Directors as needed.
Advises senior management on compliance with ethics policies, EEO, government contractor and immigration requirements.
Manages compliance with EEO and government contractor regulations, including affirmative action plans, EEO-1 reporting, HR-related audits and disparate impact analyses.
Manages compliance with immigration laws, including I-9/employment eligibility verification, work visas and green cards.
Responds to audits by government EEO enforcement agencies, including OFCCP, USCIS and DOL.
Manages non-exempt level employees.
Strong knowledge with state and federal regulations regarding AAP, EEO, OFCCP, USCIS and DOL, preferred
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, preferred
8+ years experience conducting and managing complex investigations, preferred
